Open Lab Sessions - eVA, eReceiving, PCard, Reports, etc.
<p> Procurement Services will be having an open lab session for eVA, eReceiving, and PCard users. Please bring with you any examples, actual purchase orders/receivers and questions you may have. This lab session is scheduled prior to the open encumbrance close date. If you have questions or concerns about your open encumbrances please bring them.</p> <p> The open lab session will be on July 9, 2014 in Constant Hall, Room 1010 from 1-3 p.m.</p> <p> If you have any questions/concerns that you would like us to address you are welcome to send them to me prior to the open lab. This will ensure we are prepared to answer your questions.
