ITS System Maintenance
<p> ITS System Maintenance will be conducted Sunday, June 1, 2014. Specific services that will be impacted include:</p> <p> <strong>Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m:</strong><br /> Access to the following system will not be available:</p> <ul> <li> ODU Suffolk and Tri-Cities Center wired and wireless internet</li> </ul> <p> <strong>Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m:</strong><br /> Access to the following system will not be available:</p> <ul> <li> Footprints (IT Ticketing System)</li> </ul> <p> <strong>Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 11:55 a.m:</strong><br /> Access to the following network drives will be briefly intermittent:</p> <ul> <li> H drive, I drive, J drive and K drive</li> </ul> <p> <strong>Between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m:</strong><br /> Access to the following system will be intermittent:</p> <ul> <li> My ODU Portal</li> </ul> <p> The system outage and/or service disruption timeframe(s) given are approximate. The actual duration of the service disruption may be shorter or longer than posted but will never go past noon.</p> <p> <em>Please note: To maintain optimal performance, OCCS performs weekly system maintenance on key services. The weekly window of service is typically on Sundays between 6 a.m. to noon. </em></p>
