EPAFS for Graduate Assistants Coming - Fall 2014
<p align="center"> <strong>Electronic Personnel Action Form (EPAF)</strong></p> <p align="center"> <strong>EPAFs coming for Graduate Assistants</strong></p> <p> <strong>Effective August 25, 2014</strong></p> <p> The Payroll and Human Resources Departments are expanding the use of the Electronic Personnel Action Forms (EPAFs) to include Graduate Research Assistant (RA) and Graduate Teaching Assistant (TA). For the fall semester departments will be able to submit EPAFs for:</p> <ul> <li> Rehiring a graduate in the same position</li> <li> Rehiring a graduate in a new position</li> <li> Pay (stipend) change</li> <li> Termination of job record</li> <li> Termination of employee</li> </ul> <p> A few departments will be piloting the new process in the summer sessions with a planned roll out across campus for the fall.</p> <p> Training will be provided to all EPAF users in July and August.
