Enterprise Rental Car Contract Update
<p> Please be advised that Enterprise recently changed to a consolidated billing structure under their corporate tax ID #430724835. In order for payments to Enterprise to be processed properly, the tax ID number on the purchase order must match the tax ID number on the invoice.</p> <p> If you are creating a requisition in eVA for a rental vehicle from Enterprise, please adhere to the following guidelines:</p> <ul> <li> search the supplier field for Enterprise by entering tax ID #430724835</li> <li> select the Atlanta, GA location</li> <li> enter the current contract #UVA727496 in the contract number field</li> <li> enter the location where the vehicle will be picked up in the PO comments</li> </ul> <p> If you have any questions, please contact Jerri Kemp at 683-4267 or <a href="mailto:jkemp@odu.edu">jkemp@odu.edu</a></p>
