Traffic Congestion in the Area of the New Art Building and Brock Commons
<p> There will be traffic delays and congestion beginning March 10, 2013 on 46th and 47th Street between Hampton Boulevard and Killam Avenue, as well as Monarch Way between 46th and 47th Street due to extensive ongoing site work.
