NEW Dell Contract # UVA845196
<p> Procurement Services is pleased to announce the award of the University’s new Dell Desktop & Laptop Computer & Services contract. Dell is ODU’s exclusive provider of x86 Wintel desktop, laptop/notebook and workstation computers. The applicable contract number to reference on all purchase requests is <strong>UVA845196</strong>.</p> <p> This contract provides faculty/staff and student preconfigured desktop and laptop computers, to include a pre-loaded software image consisting of operating system settings and software used across campus, as well as providing non-preconfigured systems and associated peripherals.</p> <p> Dell provides a direct internet link “purchase portal” to the Dell Premier site established specifically for ODU contract pricing. This site includes the various standard configurations and options authorized and availabe for ordering by University departments and students.
