Unlicensed Vehicle Safety
<p> The campus once again is busy with pedestrians, skateboards, bikes and golf carts competing for space on the sidewalks. Please keep in mind that pedestrians ALWAYS have the right of way over golf carts and other unlicensed vehicles. Unlicensed vehicles are not allowed to be operated on Norfolk city owned sidewalks. ALL unlicensed vehicles must display the red/orange triangle on the rear. While operating on city streets indicate your intention to turn using hand signals. Be courteous and considerate of others at all times.</p>
