We appreciate your patience and cooperation since some disruption of normal administrative systems (Banner, Leo Online and TouchNet) is expected. The process for closing the fiscal year is an ongoing and complex process which requires coordination with the State and University’s Financial Systems, and, therefore, it is necessary to bring these systems off-line for a period of time. </span></font></div> <div> <font face="Calibri" size="2"><span style="font-size:11pt;"> </span></font></div> <div> <font face="Calibri" size="2"><span style="font-size:11pt;">The campus community can expect the following with regard to the availability of key administrative computing systems.</span></font></div> <div> <font face="Calibri" size="2"><span style="font-size:11pt;"> </span></font></div> <div> <font face="Calibri" size="2"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><b>Friday, June 28, 2013</b> – the following systems will <b>not</b> be available after 11:30 AM.</span></font></div> <div> <font face="Calibri" size="2"><span style="font-size:11pt;"> Leo Online</span></font></div> <div> <font face="Calibri" size="2"><span style="font-size:11pt;"> TouchNet</span></font></div> <div> <font face="Calibri" size="2"><span style="font-size:11pt;"> Banner</span></font></div> <div> <font face="Calibri" size="2"><span style="font-size:11pt;"> Travel and Expense</span></font></div> <div> <font face="Calibri" size="2"><span style="font-size:11pt;"> </span></font></div> <div> <font face="Calibri" size="2"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><b>Saturday, June 29, 2013 - </b>Leo Online and Banner will be made available by 4:00 p.m. for course registrations and grade posting only. <b>No payments will be accepted in Banner or TouchNet and no financial transactions can be processed in the Banner Finance Module (including Travel and Expense) until Monday, July 1, 2013 at 8:00 a.m.</b></span></font></div> <div> <font face="Calibri" size="2"><span style="font-size:11pt;">Please share this information with key staff members who use these administrative systems.
