Assistant Vice President for Finance/University Controller
<p> Ms. Mary Deneen has accepted the position of Assistant Vice President for Finance/University Controller and will begin on Tuesday, May 28th. Mary will be responsible for overseeing the Payroll, Accounts Payable, Travel, Student Accounts, Cashiering, General Accounting, Data Control and ARMICS operations.</p> <p> Mary receieved her Master's in Accounting Degree from Old Dominion University and is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Government Financial Manager. She has worked in numerous accounting and financial positions with the Old Dominion University Research Foundation, Norfolk Public Schools and Norfolk State University. She also served as Lieutenant Commander with the U. S. Navy in various capacities.
