2013 Annual FOWS Dinner- April 17
<p> The Friends of Women’s Studies would like to invite you to our upcoming fundraising dinner!<br /> <br /> On Wednesday April 17, 2013 the Friends of Women’s Studies will be holding our annual dinner to support and celebrate the Women’s Studies Department. Our guest speaker this year is Eco-Entrepreneur, MacArthur "genius," and Peabody award winner Majora Carter. The title of her talk will be Home(town) Security.<br /> <br /> We hope you will join us for an evening of festivities, as we learn more about women's role in driving opportunities to reduce poverty in America, green-infrastructure, and progressive real estate development!<br /> <br /> For more information about this year’s dinner, our speaker, the reservation process, and ways to support the Women's Studies Department, please see the attached invitation!
