ODU Madrigal Singers, Collegium Musicum - Spring Concert
<p> <strong>Spring Concert</strong></p> <p> <strong>ODU Madrigal Singers and Collegium Musicum</strong></p> <p> <strong>Tuesday, April 16, 7:30 PM - Chandler Recital Hall, Diehn FPA</strong></p> <p> <strong>The Madrigal Singers will sing a group of pieces by students of the great Nadia Boulanger. Composers include Gian Carlo Menotti, Virgil Thomson, Aaron Copland, Nathaniel Dett and ODU's own Adolphus Hailstork.</strong></p> <p> <strong>The Collegium Musicum will play music from Renaissance to Modern, with solo works by Anne Danican Philidor and Johann Heinrich Schmelzer, and arrangements of Russian and Jewish folk songs</strong><strong>.</strong></p> <p> <strong>FREE - everyone welcome! </strong></p>
