Life After Expressive Arts Group
<p> This is a 5 week educational/expressive group for anyone who has experienced an overwhelming life event. You will learn how intense stressors impact you mentally, physically, and emotionally. You will also be able to express what's difficult to put into words by using art, movement, and creative exploration. The group will begin once enough participants are recruited.
