<p> Dear Faculty Member,</p> <p> &nbsp;</p> <p> The NASPA Undergraduate Fellows Program (NUFP) is currently seeking candidates for the <strong>2013-2014 NUFP Fellowship Cohort</strong>. NUFP is a semi-structured mentoring program for undergraduate students interested in learning more about the fields of student affairs and higher education. This highly selective program strives to increase the number of underrepresented professionals (ethnic-minority background, disabilities, and/or identifying as LGBTQ) in the field of Student Affairs.</p> <p> &nbsp;</p> <p> Applicants must meet the following criteria to apply:</p> <ul> <li> 2.5 GPA or better</li> <li> 2 reference letters</li> <li> Official transcript</li> <li> Resume</li> <li> A completed NUFP application</li> </ul> <p> &nbsp;</p> <p> If selected, the applicant is assigned a mentor for one year with eligibility for renewal. Mentoring for the students include weekly or bi-weekly coaching, professional development training, and graduate preparation.
