Payroll Schedule for Calendar Year 2014
<p> The Payroll Schedule for Calendar Year 2014 is posted.</p> <p> The mission of the Payroll Office is to ensure that all employees of the University are paid timely and accurately while also maintaining compliance with all applicable Federal, state, and University regulations. To accomplish this task, the Payroll Office needs to receive timely, correct, and complete information from the University community.<br /> <br /> If correctly completed hiring paperwork (E-1, E-1SU, E-1SG, etc.) and/or Web Time Entry time sheets are not submitted to Human Resources and/or Payroll by the published deadlines, employees cannot be paid. Please refer to the Payroll Schedule for a variety of submission deadlines.</p> <p> The schedule can be found on the Office of Finance web site (<a href="http://www.odu.edu/finance">www.odu.edu/finance</a>) in several places - on our home page under Faculty/Staff news, and on the Payroll page under Pay Schedules.
