ITS System Maintenance
<p> ITS System Maintenance will be conducted Sunday, November 17, 2013. Specific services that will be impacted include:</p> <p> </p> <p> <strong>Between the hours of 4:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.:</strong><br /> Access to the following system will be intermittent:</p> <ul> <li> Adobe Connect</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> <strong>Between the hours of 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.:</strong><br /> Access to the following systems will be intermittent:</p> <ul> <li> Faculty/Staff Instant Messaging (Microsoft Lync)</li> <li> Faculty/Staff Email</li> </ul> <p style="margin-left:.75in;"> </p> <p> <strong>Between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.:</strong><br /> Access to the following systems will be intermittent:</p> <ul> <li> Insight (Cognos)</li> <li> Faculty/Staff Printing</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> <strong>Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.:</strong><br /> Access to the following systems will be intermittent:</p> <ul> <li> Inquisite</li> <li> GIS Suite</li> </ul> <p style="margin-left:.75in;"> </p> <p> <strong>Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m.:</strong><br /> Access to the following system will be unavailable:</p> <ul> <li> Blackboard</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> <strong>Between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.:</strong><br /> Access to the following system will be intermittent:</p> <ul> <li> SharePoint</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> The system outage and/or service disruption timeframe(s) given are approximate. The actual duration of the service disruption may be shorter or longer than posted but will never go past noon.</p> <p> <em>To maintain optimal performance, ITS performs weekly system maintenance on key services. The weekly window of service is typically on Sundays between 6 a.m. to noon. </em></p>
