Commemoration of the 150th Anniversary of the Signing of the Emancipation Proclamation

<p> Join us this evening&nbsp;from <strong>7:00-9:00 PM&nbsp;</strong>in the <strong>University Webb Center - North Cafeteria </strong>as the&nbsp;Institute for the Study of Race and Ethnicity commemorates the 150<sup>th</sup> Anniversary of the signing of the Emancipation Proclamation.&nbsp; A&nbsp;&quot;Reception&quot; will be held at 6:30 PM prior to this memorable event.
