Lecture by Dr. Konstantin Cigularov at ODU Virginia Beach
<p> </p> <p> <strong><u>Dr. Konstantin Cigularov 30 October</u></strong></p> <p> <strong><em>To Follow or Not: How to Lead to Success, </em></strong><strong>a presentation by Dr. Konstantin Cigularov, Professor of Psychology at ODU Virginia Beach. </strong><strong>Dr. Cigularov will share his most recent research on what it takes to be a successful leader. Dr. Cigularov's scholarly work reflects his interest in optimizing individual and organizational performance, safety, and health through developing supportive organizational climates and leadership. His work has been featured in the 2009 Pulitzer-winning articles of journalist </strong><a href="http://www.lasvegassun.com/news/2008/nov/18/reports-perinis-safety-wanting"><strong>Alexandra Berzon</strong></a><strong> (currently at Wall Street Journal).
