Revised Personal Vehicle Mileage Rate effective January 1, 2013
<p> </p> <p> <strong><u>Questions about this information may be directed to your Travel Team</u></strong></p> <p> Big Blue - Claudia James - 683-5435</p> <p> Lion - Jay Hunemuller - 683-6831</p> <p> Monarch - Cecilia Turnbull - 683-4964</p> <p> Travel Processing Supervisor - Melissa Snowden - 683-5020</p> <p> </p> <p> Effective for travel paid or incurred beginning January 1, 2013, the mileage rate will be 56.5 cents per mile, up from the 55.5 cents per mile rate in effect July 1, 2011 – December 31, 2012, when daily mileage is less than 100 miles or when a cost benefit analysis indicates that using a personal vehicle is cheaper than using the Enterprise Rent-A-Car contract. For mileage 100 miles or more per day when no cost benefit analysis is provided, the rate of 24.6 cents per mile remains the same. </p> <p> The Consolidated Travel Form has been revised to reflect the changed rate. Please remember to use a fresh form each time to preserve formatting and macro functionality.</p>
