Bulk Mail, Standard Mail, Non-Profit Mail
<p> This is a reminder for Departments who are doing large Bulk mailings beyond the scope of the Mail Center. Old Dominion University has a mandatory contract with Rocket Direct Communications, Inc. in Virginia Beach, VA for these mailings. The point of contact at Rocket Direct Communications Inc. is Kathy Flores at 757-463-9161 or <a href="mailto:Kathy@rocketdirectmail.com">Kathy@rocketdirectmail.com</a>.</p> <p> In addition, all mailing addresses used in Bulk mailings, whether done by the Mail Center or Rocket Direct Communications, Inc., must be certified as correct within 90 days of the mailing. Rocket Direct Communications, Inc. will run your mailing list through special software that updates addresses for your customers who have filed a change-of-address with the Post Office. This will cleanse your mailing list before you mail.
