<p> <strong>Please do not respond to this email – contact information appears below.</strong></p> <p align="center"> </p> <p align="center"> <strong>Important Web Time Entry Payroll Information </strong></p> <p align="center"> <strong>Faculty Members - if you do not approve classified employee time sheets please disregard notice.</strong></p> <p align="center"> <strong>Christmas Holiday - Web Time Entry Reminders </strong><strong>- <u>Classified Employees Only</u></strong></p> <p align="center"> <strong>Web Time Entry Deadline Reminders for the December 10 – December 24 pay period</strong></p> <div> <p> <strong>Employee Deadline Reminder</strong></p> </div> <p> <strong>All classified employees</strong> must submit their web time sheets for approval by <strong>11:59 p.m. on December 17,</strong> <strong>2012</strong>. Please enter hours for the <strong>entire pay period</strong>.</p> <p> This will require all <strong>non exempt employees</strong> to enter <strong>estimated hours</strong> for leave taken and hours worked in advance for December 18 – December 24, 2012. <strong>Non Exempt Employees</strong> please use <strong>“Holiday Pay”</strong> to record the Official Holiday Closing for the Christmas Holidays on your Web Time Sheet. </p> <p> All <strong>exempt employees</strong> are required to enter estimated leave taken in advance from December 18 – December 24, 2012. <strong>Exempt employees</strong> <strong>do not enter holiday hours on their web time sheets</strong><strong>.</strong></p> <div> <p> <strong>Approver & Proxy Deadline Reminders </strong></p> <p> Approvers and Proxies must approve all classified time sheets by <strong>10:00 a.m. on December 18, 2012 </strong>for the December 10<sup>th</sup> through December 24<sup>th</sup> pay period. Please verify that each of your employees entered all hours worked and leave taken for the entire pay period December 10, 2012 – December 24, 2012.
