Special Lecture on France's Decolonized Legacy

<p> All are welcome to attend tonight&#39;s (Nov 29)&nbsp;lecture by Dr. Alain Gabon, Associate Professor of French at VWC who will be speaking about &quot;France&#39;s Decolonized Legacie(s) from the 19th-century to Contemporary Times&quot; at 7:15 Pm in the 8th floor seminar room of BAL. He&nbsp;will be&nbsp;sharing his recent findings from an NEH grant that he received last summer. He&#39;s a fantastic speaker and should make for a truly captivating talk as part of a Francophone Humanitarian Lecture series within IS 795/895 &quot;France&#39;s Decolonized Legacy: Africa, Asia and the Maghreb.&quot; The event is free and open to the public.
