Special Lecture on France's Decolonized Legacy
<p> All are welcome to attend tonight's (Nov 29) lecture by Dr. Alain Gabon, Associate Professor of French at VWC who will be speaking about "France's Decolonized Legacie(s) from the 19th-century to Contemporary Times" at 7:15 Pm in the 8th floor seminar room of BAL. He will be sharing his recent findings from an NEH grant that he received last summer. He's a fantastic speaker and should make for a truly captivating talk as part of a Francophone Humanitarian Lecture series within IS 795/895 "France's Decolonized Legacy: Africa, Asia and the Maghreb."
