<p> </p> <p align="left"> </p> <p> <font size="3">Billing and Payment System Unavailable Monday, December 3, 2012 </font></p> <p> <font size="3">Old Dominion University’s Payment Gateway, Marketplace and Billing Payment systems will not be available on Monday, December 3, 2012. This upgrade will impact those departments with U-Pay sites as well as students and parents who use the on-line billing and payment system. The upgrade will provide the University with enhanced administration, user management and reporting capabilities, single point of access to operations centers, dashboards for managing campus-wide commerce activities, and a simplified and streamlined student refund process. </font></p> <p> <font size="3">We apologize for any inconvenience this downtime may cause your operation.
