Governor's Holiday Hoops Classic Food Drive
<p> Collection bins have popped up like mushrooms all over campus!</p> <p> Please bring non-perishable food items to donate, for the Governor's Holiday Hoops Classic Food Drive, a competition against UVa. Between Nov. 15 and Dec. 15. The two schools are competing to see which can collect the most food and cash donations.</p> <p> The winning total will be announced between the two games of the Governor’s Holiday Hoops Classic on Dec. 22 at the Richmond Coliseum. The basketball doubleheader (George Mason and Richmond will play in the first game, and ODU will face UVa in the second game at 5:30 p.m.) is being held to benefit the Federation of Virginia Food Banks.</p> <p> The Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia will keep a record of ODU donations of food, as well as online donations, for a final amount.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
