She was involved in the early development of the <em>Graduate Teaching Assistant Institute</em> and continues to present at the GTAI every semester. She also offers a course for graduate student teachers in the Psychology Department. </p> <p> In her Conversation, Justice will focus on the need for professional development activities for the graduate students who will become tomorrow’s faculty. While the nature of graduate education emphasizes research productivity, teaching is an integral part of most academic positions.
