Benefits Fair Location Change
<p> <strong>The location of the Employee Benefits Fair has changed. The Fair will be held in the North Mall of Webb Center. Flu-Shots will be available in the York/Potomac River Rooms and Health Screenings in the James/Lynnhaven River Rooms.</strong></p> <p> The Department of Human Resources will be holding its annual Employee Benefits Fair on <strong>Wednesday, October 10<sup>th</sup> from 9am to 3pm</strong>. The event will be held in the North Mall in Webb Center. Representatives from most of the University's benefits providers will be there. Please plan on joining us to meet with the vendors, ask your questions, gather information and register for the great door prizes that will be raffled throughout the day.</p> <p> While you are at the Benefits Fair, you may be eligible to receive your Flu-Shot and participate in a confidential health screening <strong>FREE! </strong> See below for eligibility requirements: </p> <p> <strong>Flu-shot: </strong>All adult full time employees and family members that are 18 years of age and older and who are enrolled in State Health Benefits will have an opportunity to receive their Flu-Shots free again this year. Participants must present their Member ID card at the time of vaccination. The vaccination will be administered in your arm, please be sure to dress appropriately in a loose fitting long sleeve or short sleeve shirt or blouse.</p> <p> Please print the attached consent form, complete it and bring it with you when you come to receive your flu shot.</p> <p> <strong>Health Screening: </strong>All employees are eligible to receive a confidential health screening that includes: Blood Pressure, Body Mass Index (BMI), Diabetes Risk Assessment and Cholesterol Screening.</p>
