Specific services that will be impacted include:</p> <p> </p> <p> <strong><u>Between the hours of 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. </u></strong></p> <p> <strong>Access to the following services/systems will be briefly intermittent:</strong></p> <p> Faculty/Staff Email including archived messages</p> <p> Faculty/Staff Blackberry email access</p> <p> Faculty/Staff Instant Messaging (Lync)</p> <p> Thin Client Computers</p> <p> Adobe Connect</p> <p> Perception</p> <p> my.odu.edu Portal</p> <p> SharePoint</p> <p> </p> <p> <strong><u>Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. </u></strong></p> <p> <strong>High Performance Computing</strong> <strong>resources</strong> will be intermittent</p> <p> <strong>Wireless Network access</strong> will be intermittent</p> <p> </p> <p> <strong><u>Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. </u></strong></p> <p> <strong>Access to the Virtual Computer Lab </strong>will be unavailable </p> <p> <strong>Access to the LIONS environment</strong> will be intermittent</p> <p> </p> <p> <strong><u>Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. </u></strong></p> <p> <strong>Faculty/Staff Email </strong>will be available but sending and receiving non-ODU mail may be intermittent. This includes sending/receiving to and from student addresses. All mail will be queued and sent once service is restored. </p> <p> <strong>Access to the following services/systems will be unavailable:</strong></p> <p> Banner</p> <p> Leo Online</p> <p> Touchnet</p> <p> </p> <p> <strong><u>Between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. </u></strong></p> <p> <strong>Access to the following services/systems will be briefly intermittent:</strong></p> <p> Rosetta Stone</p> <p> ArcGIS Application</p> <p> Resource 25 (Room Scheduling) </p> <p> </p> <p> The timelines given are estimates for the duration of the system outages and/or service disruptions. Maintenance procedures will start promptly as indicated. The actual duration of the outages and/or service disruptions may be less than posted but will not go past 12:00 noon on Sunday.</p> <p> </p>
