The annual fiscal year-end close process will occur between Tuesday, June 30 through Wednesday, July 1, 2026. Closing the fiscal year is a complex, coordinated effort between university and state systems. As a result, changes to normal administrative systems are expected as outlined below.

Tuesday, June 30, 2026

The following systems will not be available after 10:00 a.m.:

  • TouchNet

The following systems will not be available after 11:30 a.m.:

  • Banner Administrative
  • LeoOnline
    • Student Self-Service
    • Employee Self-Service including Web Time Entry
    • Finance Self-Service

Please note:

No financial transactions or payments will be recorded in Banner Finance or TouchNet until the systems are restored on Wednesday, July 1, 2026.

DegreeWorks will remain accessible during this time.

 

Wednesday, July 1, 2026 – All systems will be available after approximately 11:00 a.m.

Deadlines for Web Time Entry for Part-Time Employees:

Submission Date for Part-Time Employees (June 16 – June 30 pay period) – Submit no later than 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, July 2, 2026

Approval Date for Part-Time Employees (June 16 – June 30 pay period) – Approve by 10:00 p.m. on Monday, July 6, 2026
