In accordance with the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act (Clery Act), 20.U.S.C., Sec 1092f, this notice is to inform the Old Dominion University community that there have been updates to the 2022, 2023, and 2025 Annual Security and Fire Safety Reports, specifically the crime statistics, that covers the ODU Norfolk Campus, along with the Tri-Cities, VA Beach, and Peninsula campuses.
There are three distinct reports for 2025 available on the ODUPD website at Annual Security & Fire Safety Reports | Old Dominion University (https://www.odu.edu/police/safety). The second report reflects the ODU Medical Campus. The last report reflects the preceding Eastern Virginia Medical School. Although no longer in effect as of July 1, 2024, the Clery Act requires the publication of this report, as your right to know, until obsolete.
