DISARMAMENT: Between 2010 and 2020, cluster munitions were used in seven countries that have not signed the treaty banning them: Cambodia, Libya, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, and Yemen. Syria accounted for more than 80 per cent of all casualties worldwide, with children around 4 in 10 victims.
