LIBYA: UN Secretary-General António Guterres told journalists the ceasefire is 'a fundamental step toward peace and stability in Libya.' The agreement was negotiated under Security Council resolutions 2510 and 2542. 'There is no military solution for Libya. This ceasefire is a critical step. There is much hard work ahead' he warned.
