DISARMAMENT: The UN's First Committee on Disarmament meets during an international pandemic, but also a militarism pandemic of massive investments in bombs and bullets. In general debate, delegations lamented the use of chemical weapons, modernization of nuclear weapons, autonomous weapon systems, use of explosive weapons in populated areas, and cyber aggression.
