HUMAN RIGHTS: ‘Nikki Haley Presides Over Human Rights Discussion at U.N. Security Council’, New York Times, 18 April 2017

In a bid to show that the Trump administration cares about human rights around the world, its envoy to the UN, Nikki R. Haley, on Tuesday presided over what the administration called the first 'thematic debate' on human rights in the Security Council.
