US President Donald Trump's decision not to recognize Iran's compliance with a landmark nuclear deal will complicate diplomacy at the UN on everything from North Korea to Syria, experts say. 'This decision will severely complicate Security Council diplomacy on many issues,' said Richard Gowan, an expert at the European Council on Foreign Relations. Alexandra Novosseloff of the International Peace Institute, said Trump's decision sits well with the Russians and Chinese who 'rush in to fill the void left by the Americans.'
