For someone whose foreign policy is summarised in two words - 'America first' - Donald Trump's distain for the complex bureaucratic behemoth of the United Nations should come as no surprise.What is perhaps surprising, however, is how intent he seems on shredding it. The 71-year-old institution, he said on Boxing Day, "is just a club for people to get together, talk and have a good time.'
