"'Jazz in Paris: Jazz, Poetry, Cooking and Art'. Join Peter Schulman WHRO Jazz host Jae Sinnett, former VA Poet Laureate Tim Siebles, Dr. Delores Philipps and trumpetist Jack Beckner in an evening at the Gordon Galleries in conjunction with "Life and Limb: Works of Matt Sesow" that includes jazz-themed paintings by Sesow and Basquiat. Free and open to the public. Monday Dec 6h at 7pm. Doors open at 6:30. Register at ODUARTSTIX.com. Inspired by Norfolk native jazz trumpetist Peanuts Holland who found fame and success in Paris in the 1950s. Light snacks will be served"
