The fourth annual Monarch Cobia Classic was held July 15-17 in Virginia Beach. Seventy-one boats competed in the ODU Alumni Association event. The big winner was team Look N Hook, which took home more than $13,000 in cash and prizes. The event ended with a dock party benefitting the ODU Athletic Association Scholarship Fund. David B.
