A Picture is Worth...
Webb Center's food court has a new eatery - Ruby's Cafe, named in honor of Ruby Milteer, a beloved employee on campus. During her 50-plus years at ODU, "Miss Ruby" has gotten to know every president since the school became independent from the College of William & Mary.
