As part of the grant, Old Dominion has created 11 "design thinking" teams, each focusing on a specific issue or barrier with the goal of increasing the enrollment and retention of underrepresented students.

Across Campus - A Photo Essay
On Feb. 1, ODU started a gradual return to on-campus learning for a select number of classes that require in-person hours for pedagogical reasons. Students enrolled in those classes received an email notification confirming the on-campus class start and COVID-19 testing information. The transition to face-to-face classes was completed this week.

As Old Dominion University hosts virtual events to commemorate African American heritage and culture, you can also join the annual observance by visiting the displays within Perry Library's Learning Commons and explore Black history by checking out the ODU Libraries' collections.
