Across Campus - A Photo Essay
Old Dominion University's Family Transition Program put on the annual Connect U. program at Webb Center on Saturday, Aug. 6. Kids from Lambert's Point Recreation Center and 25 incoming students had a painting lesson from artist Moriah Cash. The project for the day was a painting of Big Blue. ODU's mascot stopped by so the kids could get a good look at their subject, and with the help of Moriah Cash, the project got under way.

The theme for this week's Big Blue Sports Camp is the Summer Olympic Games, which are currently taking place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Here at ODU, campers divided into country groups and competed for the gold. During one competition, Mckenzie Ortolana rounds the corner to successfully capture the flag.
