Old Dominion's admissions staff held a send-off party for counselors who will journey around the world recruiting future Monarchs. Before they left, Sandy Waters, executive director of advising and transfer programs and Student Success Center, led a team-building project where each counselor painted their very own portrait of Big Blue.
