President’s ‘Monarch Morning’ Sessions Begin This Month

Over the next few weeks, President John R. Broderick will visit various locations around the campus to conduct "Monarch Morning" sessions.

The half-hour sessions, which he introduce in 2009, are designed to give Old Dominion employees the opportunity to gather in an informal atmosphere and engage directly with the president.

Faculty members are welcome to attend, but they have opportunities at other venues to learn about the developments that will be discussed, according to Cheryl Foreman, training manager with the Department of Human Resources, who coordinates the program.

In the near future, employees will receive information regarding when and where their "Monarch Morning" session will be held. Sessions are scheduled from Oct. 22 to Nov. 15.

Light refreshments will be served at each session.
