If you are using IRBNet for submission of protocols to the Social/Behavioral IRB (including Exempt), the main campus IACUC or the main campus IBC you should no longer submit any materials unless directed to do so by the compliance coordinator.
The transition to the new OneAegis platform requires us to stop putting stuff into IRBNet so that material can be transferred over; if you submit it now, it may not be transferred, and you will have to do it again in the new system.
Our colleagues from the Clinical/Biomedical IRB have a couple of videos that give an overview of the new OneAegis system. We are especially grateful to them for producing these. The videos give an overview of the OneAegis platform, and yes, they are for the Clinical/Biomedical IRB, but the basic look and feel will be the same across the different committees.
Please check out the videos. They offer a quick overview of the new submission system and its functionality, so we strongly encourage you to review them. It’s important to note that some items (landing page, logo, names, etc.) will look slightly different once the new system is live.
PLEASE NOTE: Access to OneAegis will open on our currently scheduled go-live date: Monday, July 6th. We kindly ask that you hold any immediate inquiries regarding system links and access until then. We will send a notification once the system is live and the links are posted on our website. In the meantime, please monitor the Daily Announcement postings for any future OneAegis updates.
