Position Action, Performance Evaluation & Recruitment System (PAPERS)

PAPERS is a system used for Position Actions, Position Descriptions, Performance Evaluations, and Recruitments.

PAPERS is Old Dominion University's online recruitment, position management and performance management system. This system integrates several key Human Resource processes (vacancy posting, applicant tracking, hiring proposal submission, position establishment, position redefinition/update and employee performance evaluation) into a robust and comprehensive suite. While members of the Human Resources Department remain ready to assist you in the use of PAPERS, we hope that you find the information below helpful for the most common actions.
