Declaring the Sun Belt Conference to "arguably be the best Group of 5 football conference in the nation," Athletic Director Dr. Wood Selig joined President Brian O. Hemphill, Ph.D., and Sun Belt Commissioner Keith Gill Thursday morning in formally announcing that Old Dominion will join the league.
