Governor Glenn Youngkin ordered the POW/MIA flag be flown with the United States and Commonwealth of Virginia flags at all state and local buildings and grounds in Virginia in respect of National Armed Forces Day.
The POW/MIA flag shall be flown from sunrise to sunset on May 21.
