Old Dominion University hosted the Virginia ProStart Invitational, a culinary scholarship competition, on March 10 at Broderick Dining Commons. Secondary school students aimed to impress judges from leading industry corporations, colleges and universities with the culinary and management skills they’ve developed through ProStart, which is part of the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation. The National ProStart Invitational will be held May 2-4 in Washington, D.C. Photos Nicholas Clark/ODU
