China Center
The China Center provides academic programs in China-related studies and enhances relations and cooperation between the Chinese and American cultures.
English Language Center
The ELC offers full and part-time courses in English as a Second Language. There is an Intensive Program for students who need in-depth study of English and a Bridge Program for students who have been conditionally accepted by the University.

The Filipino American Center serves as a resource and research center for Philippine history and culture.
