Dr. Tang’s research interests include consumer well-being, services marketing, and consumer online communication. His research has appeared in the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Retailing, Journal of Service Research, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Public Policy & Marketing, Journal of Consumer Affairs, Marketing Letters, and others. He is currently serving as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Consumer Affairs. He is also a member of the Editorial Review Board of the Journal of Business Research and the Journal of Advertising Research.
