Learn more about our GME programs
Our community-based Graduate Medical Education is one of the nation's few training programs in which all residencies are integrated among a number of hospitals and community clinic settings, instead of one fixed setting such as a university hospital. Our residents work at 14 teaching affiliate hospitals, staffing hospitals 24 hours a day, implementing new treatment methods and conducting research. They see patients from diverse backgrounds and work with community faculty.
Application Process
The Psychiatry Residency Program accepts applications only through the AAMC’s Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). The program participates in the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP), and no out-of-match offers are made.
For additional information, please contact Melody Johnson.
Applicants are encouraged to complete the ERAS application thoroughly and accurately. Please review all information and instructions available through the ERAS website before submitting your application. Missing or incomplete information may delay the processing and review of your application.
Our program must receive all completed application materials by December 2.
