Course Delivery

Registration

  1. Shortly after the grant application deadline, participants will receive an acceptance packet that will include a course approval letter. This letter will summarize all courses needed to complete endorsement that will be funded by the grant. Course work that has not received prior written approval will not be paid for by the grant.
  2. Only CSEEP-approved courses will be partially funded/available for a tuition discount by the grant.
  3. How to register:
    • You can register through your student account using Leo Online:
      1. Enter LEO Online News & Secure Area;
      2. At the bottom, click on the key icon to the Secure Area;
      3. To enter your account, you will need your MIDAS ID & password;
      4. Follow instructions for registration.

***REMEMBER*** The CSEEP grant office staff can neither register you nor withdraw you from a class, nor will you be automatically withdrawn for failing to attend class. Full tuition is typically charged to the participant for all withdrawals and drops. Also the grant office will not check grades, or negotiate academic issues with instructors--these actions remain the responsibility of the grant participant.

Always check the ODU Academic Calendar for registration, financial, and other deadlines.

If the participant intends to pursue entry into the master's degree program, they must complete an application for graduate study before the completion of 12 credit hours. CSEEP participants seeking a masters degree may contact the Graduate Program Director - Special Education at essegpd@odu.edu for additional information.
